No prices, stock levels or availability are published on this website.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the booking form or contacting us creates an enquiry, not a contract. A quotation is issued after we understand the scope and, where required, complete a site survey.
A quotation states its own scope, validity period and payment terms. Work begins once the quotation is accepted in line with those terms.
4. Variations
Changes to design, dimensions, finish or site conditions after acceptance may affect price and programme. Variations are agreed in writing before the additional work is carried out.
5. Site access and other trades
Installation depends on safe access to the site and on preceding works being complete and correct. Delays caused by site conditions or other trades may affect the installation date.
6. Intellectual property
Drawings, patterns and design files prepared by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Content on this website may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing on this website constitutes engineering advice for a specific project. Advice for your project is given in writing as part of a quotation or engagement.
We do not make any warranty, certification or regulatory claim on this website. Any warranty applicable to a specific order is stated in that order's documentation.
